Job Task
- Translate business requirements into solution design
- Work with customers to plan, design, configure, and/or diagnose Cisco’s suite of products, services, and solutions
- Align technical solutions to customer business outcomes
- Build simulations in test labs to resolve sophisticated problems and validate designs/solutions.
- Advise customer on possible Automation solution options.
- Contribute to the design of the solution.
- Implementation of solution using Cisco and 3rd party products with potential extensions and customizations, package and deploy solution in the target environments.
- Provide day-2 support and ongoing optimization.
Job Profile
- Customer-facing experience related to software development projects in the Networking Domain
- Hands-on experience with programming languages such as Javascript, Java, Python, GoLang
- Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, and Microservices Architecture
- Working knowledge of network & software configuration tools such as Ansible, Terraform, Chef/Puppet, Saltstack
- Exposure to networking architectures including DC, WAN, and Campus, is a plus.
- Cisco Certifications (e.g. CCNA, Devnet, CCIE) would be very favourable
