Job Task
- Troubleshooting, managing, and updating systems and communication networks
- Deploying virtual machines
- Using task management software
- Creation and extension of technical documentation and work instructions to standardize workflows.
Job Profile
- Completed training as an IT specialist for system integration or an equivalent qualification or verifiable professional experience in the IT environment
- Good knowledge of network technologies and infrastructures (preferably HP, FortiGate)
- Administration knowledge in the area of Windows client-server systems (certification an advantage)
- Very good knowledge of Windows Server/Exchange/Office, including macro creation/Windows client management
- Experience in database administration (MySQL, MS SQL Server) and in data warehouse
- Experience completing Active Directory tasks.
- Experience in IT project management is desirable
